⫸ As desi womxn, we have been taught to lower our voices and suppress our emotions to “sacrifice” and to “settle”. We have also been separated from each other as sisters and pitted against each other. This has caused many of our mothers, and sisters (our men are affected by it too) to carry unresolved trauma, emotional tension which manifests as physical, financial, or personality issues within us.

✨ In the Health and Wellness space, South Asian Femme feel like we don’t fit in or our cultural issues are not fully understood by facilitators or our peers. We have been on the sideline for too long. Let’s claim our names, our cultural roots, our voices, and our powers back. Let's step in as the heroines and warriors we are.

🎉 To bring balance back into our bodies, our minds, our souls, our homes, our societies, and our land back home, we must rise as the embodied, healed, united sisters.

✨ On 2/26/22, let us gather in a sacred ceremonial immersion to heal, reveal, voice and embody our fullest expression of feminine power.

Out with the Patriarchy, In with the embodied, empowered sisterhood.
